By using the website at jrkdevelop.com or any mobile application published by JRK DEVELOP S.L., you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

1. The services

"Services" means our website and the mobile applications we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play under the JRK DEVELOP name. Each app may have additional in-app terms that apply alongside these.

2. Your account & device

Most of our apps don't require an account. When they do, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. You agree not to use the Services for anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful to other users.

3. Intellectual property

All content, code, design, branding and trademarks associated with JRK DEVELOP and our apps belong to JRK DEVELOP S.L. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Some apps offer optional paid features. All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google through their respective stores and are governed by their billing terms. Refund requests must be made through the store you bought from.

5. Third-party services

Where an app integrates with a third-party service (e.g. iCloud, Google Drive), your use of that service is also subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to make them reliable and well-designed, but we cannot guarantee they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRK DEVELOP S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
