This Privacy Policy explains how JRK DEVELOP S.L. ("JRK DEVELOP", "we", "us") handles information when you visit jrkdevelop.com or use any of our mobile applications.
Our default posture is simple: we collect as little as possible, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you email us at jrk.develop@gmail.com we receive whatever you choose to send (your address, name, message).
- Information our apps need to function — for example a calendar app needs access to your local calendar. Permissions are requested at runtime, used only for the stated feature, and never sent off the device unless explicitly required by a feature you turn on.
- Anonymous diagnostic data — when an app crashes, we may receive a stack trace and OS version with no personal identifiers. This is used only to fix bugs.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal information with data brokers.
3. How we use information
We use the limited information we do receive only to: (a) reply to you when you contact us, (b) keep our apps and website working, and (c) comply with our legal obligations.
4. Storage & retention
App data lives on your device unless a specific feature requires server storage (such as iCloud or Google Drive backup, which you control through the platform). Emails sent to us are retained only as long as needed to handle your request.
5. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete or request a copy of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email jrk.develop@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
